What is AI search visibility?
It is how often, and how prominently, AI assistants name your business when someone asks a question your buyers would ask.
What is GEO, or generative engine optimisation?
GEO is the work of making a business easier for AI assistants to find, describe correctly and recommend. It is also called answer engine optimisation (AEO) or AI search optimisation.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO aims for a high position in a list of links. AI assistants give one answer with a few names in it. Much of the groundwork overlaps, but the assistants reward specific, quotable facts and mentions on other sites more than keywords.
Which AI assistants do you test?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, plus Google's AI Overviews at the top of search results, and others such as Microsoft Copilot if your buyers use them. They often disagree with each other, and the same question can get a different answer an hour later, so we ask each question several times, at different times of day, and report how often you are named.

Software companies that sell to rental and property managers: vacation rental and short-term rental software, and long-term property management and landlord software.

How much does an audit cost?

Do we have to sign up for monthly work?
No. The audit stands on its own and the fix list is yours to keep. If you want the results tracked after the fixes go live, the audit can continue as a monthly plan. We suggest three months, because changes take several weeks to show in AI answers, but month to month is available too.
How long until changes show up in AI answers?
Usually several weeks. Some engines pick up website changes within days, others take longer, and changes that depend on other sites mentioning you take longest. We re-test about four weeks after changes go live.
Can you guarantee my business will be named?
No. Nobody controls what the assistants say, and answers vary from day to day. What we can do is measure where you stand, make the changes most likely to help, and re-test so you can see what moved.
What do you need from us?
About an hour to agree the questions and collect facts about your business, and someone who can make changes to your website. For the monthly plan, view-only access to Google Analytics.
